Connie's agenda includes quality economic development that creates quality jobs, investing in infrastructure like our county roads, and ensuring the public's safety with proper staffing.

Connie's service includes the 2021-2022 National Parliamentarian of the National Association of Women in Construction (previous role includes 2016-2017 National President), Boone County Children's Services Board, Central Missouri Subcontracting Enterprises Board, The Builders' Association Central Region Director, and Great Rivers Council Boy Scouts of America. She owns Quality Drywall Construction. She received the Columbia Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2016.

Connie is married to Michael and mother of Leslie, Amanda and Micah. She is a member of Forum Christian Church and a graduate from Hickman High School.
